After the breakdown in talks between Juventus and PSG over a permanent deal for Randal Kolo Muani, Premier League clubs Manchester United and Newcastle United have reportedly entered the race to sign the French striker. According to Tuttosport, Juventus offered €10 million for a one-year loan with a €30 million option to buy, but PSG have rejected the proposal.
Kolo Muani, who spent the second half of the 2024–25 season on loan at Juventus, impressed during the campaign and expressed interest in staying in Turin for the upcoming season. He also featured in the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup, playing a key role in Juventus’ matches, including scoring against Lazio in May and combining well with Kenan Yildiz in their 3–1 win over Wydad AC. With negotiations now stalling, Manchester United and Newcastle have joined Chelsea as potential suitors for the 25-year-old forward.
Juventus, meanwhile, have already signed Jonathan David to strengthen their attack and are reportedly open to selling Dusan Vlahovic. If the Kolo Muani deal fails, Corriere dello Sport suggests that Juventus might turn their attention to Man United’s Danish striker Rasmus Hojlund as an alternative. The situation remains fluid, but competition for Kolo Muani is heating up across Europe.
