BAN vs PAK | Twitter reacts as skipper Salman loses all bearings in Tanzim over to gift his wicket

Duels between a particular batter and bowler are largely a feature of Test cricket, given the paucity of time in T20s to set-up or be set-up. Yet, Tanzim Hasan Sakib managed to keep Pakistan skipper Salman Agha Ali on strike for the entirety of a powerplay over, and capped it off with a wicket.
Bangladesh refused to let Pakistan brandish their newly-discovered all-out approach of batting in T20 cricket, in the first T20I at Mirpur on Sunday, as they scalped four wickets in the powerplay to leave the visitors reeling on 41/4. Fakhar Zaman was the only visiting batter to find some success with his stroke making early on, albeit even he was dropped for four in the opening over itself, while the likes of Saim Ayub, Mohammad Haris, Saim Ayub, and Hasan Nawaz all departed for single digit scores at the other end. There was a sense that Pakistan would slow down after they managed 40 runs off the first four overs for the cost of two wickets, but skipper Salman had other plans only for Tanzim Hasan Sakib to play foil.
The right-arm quick began with a fulll ball at the stumps that swung away late to catch Salman's leading edge and fly over the in-ring field on the offside for a couple of runs. Anticipating more of the same, Salman created room and charged down the track next ball, only for Tanzim to avoid the hitting arc by kissing the byline. The Pakistan all-rounder, now feeling the heat, setup more conventionally next up but managed no different result as a length ball deviated gorgeously off the deck to fly past the outside edge. A near replica followed next-up to balmboozle Salman once again, who out of desperation again skipped down the track on the final ball without making contact to make it five dots in a row. Everyone watching the spectacle knew the Pakistan veteran was dealing with a hurt ego and would go all out on the final delivery, a fact Tanzim took advantage off with a stock length delivery at the stumps. Salman knelt on one knee and tried to absurdly scoop it over the wicket-keeper's head, but only failed to make enough contact to send the Kookaburra sailing into Litton Das' gloves.
Twitterati was ecstatic at having witnessed one of the finer displays of meticulous fast-bowling in T20Is in recent times.
At the Peak of their prowess
Pakistani batters are treating Tanzim and Taskin like they're Pat Cummins and Mitchell Starc.

Rushed
The Pakistani batting lineup rushed into their innings, losing wickets cheaply and failing to recognize that the pitch was challenging. They needed to stay at the wicket and play their strokes more thoughtfully. Bangladesh bowled well, taking six wickets for just 70 runs in the…
