Twitter explodes as Australia conquers Edgbaston again after 18 years

There is isn't any better way to avenge 18 winless years. Australia won the Edgbaston Test by a huge margin of 251 runs and credit goes to Steve Smith for smashing centuries in both the innings. Twitter went berserk after witnessing Australia's magnificent win and reacted on the same.

Remarkable win!
Winning a test match by 251 runs after being 122/8 in the first innings doesn't happen very often. A remarkable test match for Steve Smith, and well done Nathan Lyon and Cummins.

LOL!
Although Smith was incredible but my man of the match is Mitch Marsh for not playing ๐

Well done Aussies!
From Aus 122-8 on day 1, to victory on day five by 251 runs. Many heroes for Australia, but it starts and stops with Steve Smithโs hundreds. Test cricket showed much of its drama and many narratives (good & indifferent)๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป. !!!

With a heavy heart!
Aussies too good this Test .. They look very very well coached & prepared for these conditions .. Unless England find lateral movement this could be a long 6 weeks ..

The Aussies were just brilliant!
How do I tell the grandchildren that Australia were 122-8 in their first innnings and still went on to thrash England by 251 runs....

Canโt help but wonder how many Test wickets Pat Cummins would now have if he hadnโt been injured for four years (and out of Tests for five).

He must be a Kiwi fan!
