For the Haryana Steelers, the Pro Kabaddi League 2025 clash against Tamil Thalaivas at Jaipur’s SMS Indoor Stadium was a historic night. The Steelers edged past the Thalaivas 38-36 in a thrilling contest, while head coach Manpreet Singh became the first-ever PKL coach to achieve 100 career wins. The match started with Tamil Thalaivas taking the lead through Arjun Deshwal, whose aggressive raids and an early All Out put them in control.

Haryana struggled initially, but Vinay found form and scored consistently, while Jaideep’s timely tackles neutralized key threats from Moein Shafaghi and Rohit Beniwal. Midway through the first half, the Steelers struck back with their own All Out, with Vinay and Shivam Patare executing decisive raids and Jaideep leading the defense.
