ZIM vs SA | Twitterati goes crazy as Burger’s delivery causes Madande to lose his bat

It is the bowler's job to make the batters uncomfortable at the crease and make scoring runs look difficult. South African pacer Nandre Burger did exactly that as he bowled a jaffa to Clive Madande on Sunday, which resulted in the bat flying out of the Zimbabwean's hands to leave everyone chuckling.
The fourth game of the T20I series saw Zimbabwe once again struggle to get runs on the board in the powerplay. Lungi Ngidi and Nandre Burger kept the lid on the scoring with incredible spells of bowling, before Corbin Bosch came into the attack in the third over to dismiss Wessly Madhevere, who mistimed a shot straight to skipper Rassie van der Dussen at mid off. Though it was Bosch who took the wickets, Burger was largely responsibile for putting the pressure on the batters. An example of his frugal spell was seen in the fifth over, where he made batting look tough for Chevrons' keeper-batter Clive Madande.
The first delivery was slightly straighter and opener Brian Bennett took a leg-bye single to get Madande back on strike. The next three balls were a nightmare to face as Burger was bowling great line and lengths, tucking him up on the second ball and making Madande completely miss the ball while attempting a wild heave over mid-wicket on the third ball. However, it was the fourth delivery of the over that shocked him as Burger stuck to the same back of a length which shaped away and bounced a bit more than expected. Madande, in an attempt to play the ball, lost his bat in the process as it slipped out of his hands and dribbled around his shoulders before falling behind his back, fortunately without disturbing the stumps.
The fans on social media were in splits after seeing him struggle to play the South African right-arm quick.
