Ashu Malik Guides Dabang Delhi to 41-34 Win Over Bengaluru Bulls

Dabang Delhi defeated Bengaluru Bulls 41-34 in PKL 12 at Vizag. Ashu Malik led with 15 raid points, while Neeraj Narwal added 7. Surjeet Singh and Fazel Atrachali shone in defence. Ashu Malik was unstoppable on the raids, completing a Super 10 before halftime and finishing with 15 points, while Neeraj Narwal supported him well with 7.

At the break, Delhi had built a comfortable 21-11 advantage. The dominance continued in the third quarter as Ashu’s brilliance and defensive resilience from Surjeet Singh, Fazel Atrachali, and Saurabh Nandal pushed the score to 34-17. A second All Out on Bengaluru further tilted the game in Delhi’s favour.

Alireza Mirzaian stood out for the Bulls with a Super 10, but lacked consistent support, despite contributions from Aashish and late cameos by substitutes Ganesha Hanamantagol and Jitender Yadav. The Bulls staged a late fightback, reducing the margin with a Super Tackle and a last-minute All Out, but Delhi’s early dominance proved decisive. With this seven-point victory, Dabang Delhi reaffirmed their stronghold while Bengaluru were left to rue a slow start.
