After winning a thriller last night, Jaipur Pink Panthers skipper Deepak Niwas Hooda said that the best of him is yet to be seen and that he hasn't hit his peak yet. Hooda also talked about the team's preparations in pressure situations for the seventh edition of the Pro Kabaddi League.

Jaipur Pink Panthers won their second game against Bengal Warriors last night. Till the last minute, there wasn’t any point in the match when the Panthers were in lead, they managed to inflict an all-out and got a lead of two points in the closing seconds.

“Last season, I made some mistakes and even this season, I’m yet to hit my peak. However, I am happy that the team is winning matches. We prepared well for the past two months that is why our confidence can be seen in our body language. That is why we can maintain our focus on the mat,” Skipper Deepak Niwas Hooda said in the post-match press conference.

Sandeep Dhull scored the most points for Jaipur Pink Panthers. Dhull had registered eight tackle points in the match and apart from that Deepak Hooda and Deepak Narwal picked up 10 raid points collectively. It was an all-round performance by the Panthers which helped them win the match.

The turning point in the match was Dhull's last tackle which led to the All-out of Bengal in a high-pressure situation.

“We were able to do well in a high-pressure situation because we had practised how to deal with these scenarios. The team never gave up and if they keep playing this way then you will get to see something special from Jaipur Pink Panthers this season,” the Panthers’ skipper concluded.
