Khel Ewam Sudhar Samiti wins Dabang Delhi Panga Championship

Khel Ewam Sudhar Samiti, a kabaddi club from Panipat, won the recently-held Dabang Delhi Panga Championship, a club-level competition organised by the Pro Kabaddi League. The team from Panipat got the better of Chhillar Club from Nizampur by a margin of 11 points in the summit clash.

Khel Ewam Sudhar Samiti from Panipat put up a stunning show in the final of the Dabang Delhi Panga Championship, North India’s biggest amateur club kabaddi tournament. They managed to beat Chhillar Club from Nizampur in the summit clash, which was played in Gurugram recently, by 44-33 points. The champion team was awarded a cash prize of Rs 1 lakh.

The PKL organisers joined hands with the Delhi-based franchise to organise the tournament for the spread of the game in Delhi-NCR(Gurugram, Delhi and Noida). A total of 60 clubs from the region came to take part in the tournament.

Joginder Narwal, Vishal Mane, Naveen Kumar, Chandran Ranjit were the Dabang Delhi players who graced the final which was played in Gurugram. Team’s chief coach Krishan Kumar Hooda also joined the teammates to watch the two clubs taking on each other in the final. The team from the national capital will start their campaign in the seventh edition of the league from July 24 against Telugu Titans in Hyderabad.
