Following Manchester City's early exit from the Club World Cup, Erling Haaland was seen vacationing in Ibiza with his girlfriend Isabel Haugseng Johansen. The couple enjoyed water activities like banana boat rides, jet skiing, and surfing. Despite City missing out on a £92 million jackpot, Haaland appeared relaxed ahead of the new Premier League season.

As the dust settled on Manchester City’s early Club World Cup exit, Erling Haaland took a well-deserved break in Ibiza alongside girlfriend Isabel Haugseng Johansen. The 24-year-old Norwegian striker was eliminated from the tournament on July 1 following City’s surprise defeat to Al-Hilal in the last 16, costing the club a potential £92 million payday. Wasting no time, Haaland swapped the pitch for the beach and was seen riding a banana boat, jet skiing, and relaxing on a luxury yacht.

The couple, who have kept much of their private life out of the spotlight, were all smiles as they enjoyed water activities and sun-soaked moments. Isabel was also spotted surfing and the two were seen swimming together in the ocean. Despite City’s disappointment in the tournament, the holiday provided Haaland a chance to unwind before the upcoming season.

Haaland and Isabel reportedly met during their time at Norwegian club Byrne’s youth academy and began dating when he played for Borussia Dortmund. City are set to play their only pre-season friendly against Palermo on August 9, before kicking off their Premier League campaign against Wolves a week later. Until then, Haaland continues to enjoy a rare moment of calm away from football’s intense spotlight.
