Two of the top four teams, Guyana Amazon Warriors and Antigua and Barbuda Falcons, will take on each other in the 26th game of the ongoing Caribbean Premier League 2025. Both teams will aim to strengthen their chances for the tournament’s playoff stage with a win in this game, in Guyana.

Guyana Amazon Warriors are currently fourth in the tournament standings, with four wins and three defeats in their seven games so far this season. They started their campaign with two consecutive wins against the SKN Patriots and Falcons, followed by two consecutive defeats against the Kings and Trinbago Knight Riders. After these two defeats, they made a stunning comeback with two wins in a row against Barbados Royals and the Knight Riders. In their previous game against the SKN Patriots by a narrow margin of five runs. They will aim to win this game and move to the third spot in the standings.

On the other hand, Antigua and Barbuda Falcons have been through a mixed journey, with four wins and as many defeats, alongside a ‘no-result’ game in their nine matches. Their campaign started with a six-wicket defeat against the SKN Patriots, followed by a same-margin win against the Barbados Royals. Later, they defeated the Knight Riders by eight runs before losing by 83 runs against the Warriors. In their next game against the Patriots, they won by seven wickets before facing two consecutive defeats. In their last game against Barbados Royals, they won by four wickets.
