Every year there is a player that sets the IPL alight and captures the imagination of fans all around the world. Vaibhav Suryavanshi already made headlines by becoming the youngest player to play in the IPL but he shocked Gujarat by smashing India international Mohammed Siraj for a monstrous six.

Winning the toss, Rajasthan opted to bowl first despite their recent struggles and propensity to crumble in winninable chases. Things went sideways for the hosts as they ended up conceding a massive 209 in the first innings courtesy of a 50-ball 84 by Shubman Gill before Jos Buttler’s unbeaten 50 at just under a strike rate of 200.

Chasing the mammoth total, 14-year-old Vaibhav Suryavanshi took guard against Mohammed Siraj. The bowler started off with a couple of wides before beating the youngster with some extra bounce. The veteran bowler pitched the ball up to the youngster in the hope of seeing how he would react - and react he did! The Southpaw seemed to have read the ball from the hand as he wrapped his bat around it and smashed it back from where it came for a huge 90 meter six.

While the GT players looked on stunned by the shot, Twitter was more than happy to celebrate the huge hit.
