‌IPL 2024 | Twitter calls for drama as Mayank Agarwal responds to Harshit Rana’s flying kiss with death stare

On a batting paradise at Eden Gardens, KKR piled on the pressure by putting up the first 200-run score in IPL 2024. SRH were not to be denied as they started off at a brisk pace as well scoring 27 in the first three overs. Rana, who had conceded just five runs in his first over, was handed the ball again in the fourth over but it would leak 13 runs with Mayank adding a six and a four to his scorecard. While nothing major came out of it, fireworks were on their way. 

On the third ball of the sixth over, Rana decided to test Mayank with the short ball. The Karnataka batter decided to go after it but all he could manage was find Rinku Singh at deep square leg. While that should have been the end of it, Rana walked upto Mayank and blew a kiss right into the veteran’s face. Manayak, being the gentleman that he is, decided not to react to it but made sure he stared down the 22-year-old.  

Twitter seemed divided on the issue and poured in with their thoughts on the incident.
