Whether it's an international match or a warm-up game, the India-Australia rivalry remains intense. A similar scene unfolded in Canberra during the match between India and the Prime Minister’s XI, where Yashasvi Jaiswal was involved in a verbal exchange with Aussie pacer Jack Nisbet.

Riding on the back of Sam Konstas' 107 off 97 and Hanno Jacobs' 61 off 60, the Prime Minister’s XI posted a total of 240 runs. The standout bowler for India was Harshit Rana, who conceded 44 runs in six overs and took four crucial wickets. In response, Indian openers KL Rahul and Yashasvi Jaiswal started cautiously, taking the score to 8/0 in five overs. However, Jaiswal switched gears and launched into an aggressive attack, hitting two consecutive boundaries off Jack Nisbet, leading to some tense moments.

After being hit for two fours, Nisbet came over the wicket and bowled a short delivery around the leg stump. The ball bounced too high as Jaiswal tried to duck, but it followed him, hitting his gloves as he attempted to get his bat on it. The ball lobbed up and fell short of backward point, and Jaiswal narrowly avoided injury. As Jaiswal stepped back, Nisbet stared at him and gestured provocatively, prompting the Indian opener to respond with some unmentionable words, clearly irritated. The incident quickly gained attention on social media, with fans discussing the intensity of the India-Australia rivalry.
