Mithali Raj becomes first female cricketer to feature in 200 ODIs

Mithali, who made her One Day debut way back in 1999, has now featured in 200 of the 263 ODIs Indian Women's team has played, with her career being the longest among all the present cricketers and fourth to Sachin Tendulkar, Sanath Jayasuriya, and Javed Miandad.

Raj is considered to have been one of the finest players of the generation and of all her achievements, she has led the team to two World Cup finals - in 2005 and 2013 and despite all the talks of calling time in her career, she still is the pivot around which the entire team moves. 

Meanwhile, Raj could not make a huge impact in her 200th ODI match, scoring just 9 runs off 28 deliveries. However, in the previous game that India won to secure the series, she was the part of a 151-run partnership with Smriti Mandhana at the Bay Oval.

Raj has also been a part of the Indian Cricket Team for 10 Tests and 85 T20Is, making her India's one of the most successful cricketers of all-time.
