Virat Kohli is rarely caught off guard by anything related to cricket, but sometimes even the best in the game can be left surprised on an occasion or two. Such was the case for Kohli during today’s ODI as he was left confused by a terrific Adil Rashid delivery which sent him back to the pavilion.

The Indian cricket team headed into the third and final ODI of the three-match series looking for a win on foreign soil which will ensure that they would win both the limited-overs series against the hosts. Virat Kohli & Co. made some interesting changes to the side which also included the introduction of KKR skipper Dinesh Karthik to the playing XI.

Rohit Sharma was dismissed early in the innings after he scored just two runs and Shikhar Dhawan also was unlucky as he was run-out just when he looked in good touch. Skipper Kohli and MS Dhoni were left to steady the ship for the visitors as they looked to cement a strong partnership and ensure the Indians got to a competitive total.

However, the Englishmen had other plans. The introduction of Moeen Ali and Adil Rashid to the bowling attack meant that Eoin Morgan wanted to push the Indian batsmen to their very limit and that worked like a charm.

Rashid managed to trick the Indian skipper on the very first delivery of the 30th over as Kohli was left shell-shocked with a ripper of a leggie, pitched around middle and leg that fizzed off the deck and beat Kohli's bat off the outside edge. Kohli looked on his way to score another century during the third ODI Leed’s but was dismissed after he scored 71 from 72 balls in today’s game. As good as the ball was, Kohli's reaction to the dismissal was what caught everyone's eye.
